Bring what you have. If you are missing a paper, still go to the interview or complete the phone interview. Ask the worker how they can help you get proof. The office must give you at least 10 days to turn in papers they ask for.
SNAP usually requires an interview. In most cases the office has 30 days from the date it got your application to decide your case. If you miss the interview, the office should send a missed-interview notice. Call the number on your notice and ask to reschedule. If you do not reschedule during those 30 days, the office can deny the application on day 30.
